Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or product drops.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. REIKO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, REIKO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Preorders and Drops
For limited releases or preorder items, shipping timelines may vary. Estimated delivery dates will be noted on the product page or communicated via email.
